Receive and use, in the same product
The most common problem for people who receive USDC in Brazil isn’t just converting it. It’s getting from the asset received to an everyday expense without switching between a wallet, an exchange, a bank, and Pix. conta.vc brings those steps together in a single balance in reais.
That doesn’t turn USDC into a direct Pix at the network level. They’re separate steps: first the incoming transfer and the conversion; then a Pix order carried out by a licensed provider.

Costs and net amount
Dollar transactions have a 2.5% fee. conta.vc doesn’t charge for Pix. Before confirming, use the net amount shown in the app as your reference to decide whether the transaction meets your needs.
Exchange rate, product fee, and execution variance are different concepts. The transaction screen is the right place to check the actual total at that moment.
Who authorizes each step
The incoming transfer arrives at the address associated with your conta. For the amount to go out as Pix, you start and authorize the order in the app. conta.vc has no independent key that could create that transfer on your behalf.
The Pix provider takes part in the crossing into the banking system. That’s different from keeping your everyday balance in custody with the provider.
Three precautions before sending
Check the asset, the network, and the address on the app’s current screen. Don’t reuse old instructions if the interface is showing something else. A completed on-chain transfer normally can’t be reversed.
- Use only currencies and networks shown in the app’s flow.
- Make a small test transfer when the source wallet is new.
- Complete identity verification before the moment you need to use Pix.
