Pix with no conta.vc fee
conta.vc doesn’t charge for receiving or sending by Pix. There’s also no monthly fee to keep your conta. The currently published operating limit is R$ 3,000 per transaction in each direction.
A rule or cost charged by third parties outside conta.vc shouldn’t be confused with a product fee. When there’s information specific to a transaction, the confirmation screen is the immediate reference.
2.5% on dollar transactions
Receiving or sending digital dollars has a 2.5% fee. It pays for the conversion flow and appears in the transaction. There’s no promise that a digital dollar’s value in reais will be identical at all times.
On top of the product fee, the wallet sending to you may charge gas or a withdrawal fee of its own. That cost belongs to the source and can vary beyond conta.vc’s control.

Fee, exchange rate, and slippage aren’t the same thing
The 2.5% fee is conta.vc’s charge. The exchange rate relates the digital dollar to the balance in reais. Slippage is the execution difference that can occur in an on-chain conversion. To compare options, consider the net amount shown, not just a percentage on its own.
The technical documentation explains the conversion mechanisms. When deciding on an actual transaction, always check the latest preview in the app.
How to avoid surprises
Before confirming, review the asset, the network, the amount sent, the fee, and the amount the recipient should receive. If the result doesn’t meet your needs, don’t authorize the transaction.
- Pix: no fee from conta.vc itself.
- Digital dollars: 2.5% incoming and outgoing.
- Source network: may have its own cost, paid by the sender.
- Exchange rate: should be checked at the time of the transaction.
